The Four Agreements
An exploration of the foundational publication by Don Miguel Ruiz

There are very few books available that provide such simple and yet profound tools to facilitate personal change.

Don Miguel Ruiz is a teacher and author in the Toltec Eagle Knight lineage. He has written many books that help guide people to a deeper understanding of the relationships that exist between you and others, and you and Spirit.

The Four Agreements is a seminal work that discusses, among other things, the effects of the process of socialization—which he refers to as “domestication”—on both the individual and the society as a whole.

In this workshop, you will focus for the next five weeks on Don Miguel’s book. You may already have it in your bookshelf. If not, I strongly suggest that you purchase a copy. It is an excellent book to read, reread, and read again. Each time that you encounter its teaching, the more you will find that you did not see before.

In the end, you will have deeply explored the Agreements in a new way and will have begun to put them into practice in your everyday life.

Each week you will receive a 8-11 minute video about the Agreement for the week, plus a downloadable transcript so you can read the material at your leisure. However, it is by putting the agreement into practice that you will learn and see the remarkable benefits.

You will also have access to the workshop as long as you like, so you can return to the material any time that you feel you need to.

I have found the teachings to be a foundational practice that is the core of many programs for personal and spiritual development. You will find that a deep dive into the concepts and practices can be life-changing.

Much of the content of this workshop is included in weeks 33 through 39 of the Creating Your Shamanic Practice course. Nonetheless, the material is important enough that I wanted to make it available also to people who cannot participate in the year-long program.
