Spirit Paths: The Quest for Authenticity
Online Module One

Finding and expressing your authentic self—who you really are, your essential self—in every aspect of your life does not happen overnight.

It takes awareness, it takes some effort, and it takes rethinking how you look at and think about life. Because of this, I created an online version of the Spirit Paths program. I've presented the program live since 2008 to more than 75 people in small groups. Many call the program "life-changing."

The online content has been compressed into 20 weeks. Each week you receive a video from me on the key content of the lesson, and/or exercises and informational materials drawn from the live program.

The modules include:

Way of the Warrior: Preparation for the journey. It takes determination and fortitude to encounter the Quest to change your life and way of being in the world. It take energy, as well, and in this chapter, you begin to redirect the energy you now use to maintain the life you are living. In addition, you discover new sources and new ways to regain energy that you lost and continue to lose.

Serpent: The Path of Awareness: About awareness and perception. In this chapter you initiate the process to deconstruct the way that you build your awareness. In that process, you also learn new ways to "see" the world as a whole–more balanced and powerful ways that will lead to change.

Wolf: The Path of the Hunter: Addresses how perception is used most properly and more helpfully than you have been taught all of your life. As a Hunter, Wolf's abilities to process information, form accurate strategies, and move stealthily in new and remarkable ways make consciousness an ally, rather than an enemy.

Each module works through the Five Minds, offering insights that you can use every day to gain a better understanding and experience of the unfolding of your life.

But this course ISN'T for everyone.

Senior Instructor Gerry Starnes

Gerry Starnes, M.Ed., is an Austin, Texas area teacher, facilitator, and shamanic practitioner. He is the author of the award-winning book, "Spirit Paths: The Quest for Authenticity", and many other spirit-oriented publications. A light-hearted and engaging speaker, Gerry has offered workshops and presentation for more than 20 years. In 2003, he established the first shamanic journey circle in Austin, which still continues weekly. He created the six-month immersive Spirit Paths program, the basis for the book. He also has created more than 50 videos on shamanic topics, hosted in the Shamanic Passages YouTube channel, which has more than 10K subscribers.
